Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Routing Specialist located in Ensenada, BCN. The Routing Specialist will oversee day-to-day transportation planning and logistics, ensuring the efficient movement of goods to meet customer deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing communication with internal teams and external partners, analyzing data to optimize routing efficiency, and maintaining compliance with supply chain standards. Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the organization's goals for on-time delivery are key aspects of the role.

• Analytical Skills to optimize transportation routes and solve logistical challenges effectively.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and Export processes, with a clear understanding of shipment tracking and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site and make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience with logistics or routing systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
