Buscamos Data Scientist con ingles conversacional Ubicación: Ciudad de México – modelo híbrido (Edificio del Pantalón)Requisitos mínimos:* Licenciatura en Economía, Estadística, Actuaría, Matemáticas, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería, Física o Finanzas.* +3 años de experiencia en analítica, modelado estadístico y programación (Python, R, SQL).* Inglés fluido.* Experiencia en machine learning y pronósticos.* Mentalidad proactiva y apertura a viajes ocasionales (Deseable:* Maestría/Doctorado en áreas cuantitativas.* Conocimiento de Git/GitHub.* Experiencia en validación y gobernanza de modelos.Responsabilidades:* Colaborar con stakeholders para decisiones basadas en datos.* Presentar hallazgos con claridad y enfoque de negocio.* Validar modelos predictivos con técnicas avanzadas.* Mentoría a analistas junior y aseguramiento de calidad.Esquema nominal/ Prestaciones superiores a la ley
