ROLE
In an environment with a high complexity and in a global and international context, the
SAP SD/MM IT Functional Lead
will support mainly AMERICA region. Our landscape is based on a worldwide SAP ERP core application integrated with other key systems (Kinaxis Rapid Response, AGILE PLM, CRM Salesforce) and connected as well to our partners' IT landscape (Manufacturing, 3PLs, Freight Forwarders) via EDI connections.

Scope is worldwide - multiple sites in different countries will be supported.

SAP MM/SD IT Functional Lead

• The candidate should have a strong background in configuration and testing of SAP including integration with other systems.
• She/He will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the business communities.
• She/He should be able to exchange with IT team members on the different topics around SAP system.
• She/He should follow the maintenance and day-to-day activities.
• She/He will have a strong ability to work in a multicultural environment and a good English command is required.

Responsibilities
SAP MM/SD IT Functional Lead
will:

• Support AMERICA region for SAP MM/SD
• Be the 1st point of contact for other topics as SAP Finance/Controlling and Tax (with Sales & Use Tax system a critical component linked to SAP)
• Manage all the Vantiva technical customizing in MM/SD (requiring strong knowledge of our Vantiva processes)
• Support technical and user tests and training
• Integration/communication with other systems and solutions (EDI/Files interfaces)
• Handle the functional and technical specifications
• Manage the support on Batch Scheduler RMJ (Redwood) with all the interfaces with Kinaxis, Agile PLM and DWH
• Organize and coordinate workshops with Business and IT teams.
• Manage/update JIRA tickets for solution delivery and improvements.
• Promote best practices and industry standards

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience, with significant hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in a multicultural project environment within logistics (MM/SD), and exposure to FI integration.
• SAP Expertise: Extensive knowledge of SAP, including functional expertise and customizing in MM/SD modules.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Proven experience and understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Interpersonal Skills: The role demands excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration. Project management capabilities are essential.
• Autonomy: The candidate must be proactive, organized, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required for operational communication.
• Scope: Global scope, supporting multiple sites across various countries. Primary focus on the Americas region, with work hours aligning to this region.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on delivering results in a globally integrated environment.

We're looking for a solid SAP profile with an ongoing strategic migration to SAP S4Hana technology with with a wide variety of projects/activities to carry out.
