Estamos en la búsqueda de tu talento como
Production Support Engineer L2 – Flexcube.
Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática o afín, titulado/a.
  • Inglés conversacional avanzado: C1 / C2.
  • Experiencia de 3 años en soporte de producción L2 o roles técnicos similares.
  • Experiencia comprobable con Oracle Flexcube (indispensable).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en PL/SQL para análisis y soporte.
  • Manejo de Unix / Linux en ambientes productivos.
  • Uso de herramientas de monitoreo ITRS o similares.
  • Experiencia en Autosys para control y seguimiento de procesos batch.
  • Experiencia en atención y resolución de incidentes bajo SLA.
