Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Inventory Analyst, located in Nuevo León, Mexico. Inventory Analyst is charged with the responsibility of ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory control through data analysis, material tracking, and optimization of storage processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and control inventories in SAP, ensuring accuracy in physical and accounting flows.
- Responsible of the Cycle Counting program design and execution, including inventory adjustments.
- Key Role in coordination and execution of the Periodic Physical Inventory
- Investigate and document discrepancies between physical and system inventory, proposing corrective actions.
- Generate inventory reports with key performance indicators (turnover, inventory accuracy, causes of variations).
- Support improvements in inventory control processes to enhance material management efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply teams to ensure material availability.
- Utilize inventory management tools and ERP systems to record movements and improve traceability.
- Monitor of material flows to assure that the balances reported to the authority through the IMMEX program are consistent with the inventories on-hand.
- Effective communication with finance department and customs brokers on issues related with import – export requirements.
Requirements
- Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
