Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End First-Leg Logistics for KA Merchants: Execute full-process operations including, but not limited to, freight quoting, booking, order tracking, report maintenance, coordinating with consignees/overseas warehouses, client billing, and supplier reconciliation.
  2. Strategic Support: Assist Business Development (BD) teams in formulating logistics solutions, project management, and daily operational KPI evaluations.
  3. Key Account (KA) Management: Maintain relationships with major clients; possess the ability to engage in high-level dialogue with client executives for key projects and foster long-term partnerships.
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience: Proven experience in the express delivery/logistics industry.
  2. Language: English and Chinese as a working language; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  3. Travel Eligibility: Must hold valid entry documents for Mexico (e.g., Japanese/US/UK visa) or a Mexican Residence Card.
