Salary Range: 20k–30k MXN/month

What we're looking for:

• Over 1 year of practical experience designing real-world digital products (e.g., web, app, or software solutions).
• High communication and collaboration skills in Spanish and English alike.
• Enthusiasm for tackling complex design challenges.
• Participation in usability studies and user research.
• Strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
• Proficient use of design software for wireframes, prototyping & collaboration.

The Day-to-Day:

• Help the team to create patterns, best practices, and interaction guidelines for diverse devices and platforms.
• Actively collaborate to identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Team up with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to craft experiences.
• Partner with our users to test and understand their needs and requirements.
