Responsabilidades clave

  • Liderar el capítulo de Ciberseguridad dentro del TP&S Hub, actuando como autoridad técnica y como gestor de las personas que forman parte del capítulo.
  • Traducir y ejecutar la estrategia, políticas, controles y gobernanza definidos por Global Information Security.
  • Contribuir como parte del equipo de Producto, asegurando la entrega efectiva de servicios de Seguridad de la Información de alta calidad.
  • Servir como punto clave de contacto para la respuesta a incidentes y como principal socio de escalamiento para las Operating Companies (OpCos).
  • Co-gestionar los procesos de control dentro de D&T, incluyendo auditorías, seguridad, continuidad del negocio y cumplimiento regulatorio.
  • Mantener una alineación estrecha con Global Information Security para garantizar estándares consistentes y ejecución uniforme en la región.

  • Profunda experiencia en ciberseguridad, gobernanza, gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento.
  • Capacidad para gestionar stakeholders a nivel global, regional y de OpCos, asegurando claridad, alineación y comunicación proactiva.
  • Habilidad para traducir temas técnicos complejos en mensajes claros para audiencias ejecutivas y operativas.
  • Capacidad para priorizar riesgos, tomar decisiones informadas y liderar la respuesta a incidentes con responsabilidad.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo para desarrollar capacidades del capítulo y guiar equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Influencia transversal para integrar la seguridad en proyectos, operaciones y decisiones estratégicas.

Alcance del rol

  • Interacción regional con stakeholders de OpCos, asegurando que las expectativas de seguridad, riesgos y acciones estén claramente gestionadas y alineadas.
  • Coordinación directa con Global Information Security y equipos cross-functional de D&T para impulsar la adopción consistente de controles y estándares.
  • Participación activa en incidentes, auditorías, rutinas de gobernanza y actividades de cumplimiento en la región.
  • Responsabilidad por la madurez, desempeño y contribución estratégica del capítulo de Ciberseguridad a los productos y servicios de TP&S.

Requisitos indispensables del perfil

  • Licenciatura o Maestría en Seguridad de la Información o área afín.
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en roles similares.
  • Más de 5 años colaborando con stakeholders senior y Operating Companies.
  • Experiencia en disciplinas técnicas de Seguridad de la Información y Ciberseguridad.
  • Gestión de auditorías y controles en tecnología.
  • Experiencia en entornos matriciales, manejo de prioridades y trabajo local/global.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y analítico.

Deseables

  • Certificaciones como CISA, CISM, CISSP o similares.
  • Experiencia en otras áreas de tecnología.
  • Manejo y optimización de presupuesto.
