Objetivo
Realizar la gestión de cuentas por cobrar de manera precisa y oportuna, asegurando el correcto seguimiento de cuentas vencidas, la emisión adecuada de facturación intercompany y la aplicación eficiente de pagos, manteniendo altos niveles de servicio al cliente y cumplimiento de procesos internos.

Actividades

  • Seguimiento y gestión de cuentas por cobrar y vencidas.
  • Análisis de AR aging e identificación de cuentas en atraso.
  • Creación de facturas intercompany según lo establecido contractualmente.
  • Procesamiento diario de pagos (pull, lockbox, ACH/transferencias).
  • Monitoreo de cuentas y envío de estados de cuenta a clientes.
  • Respuesta a inquietudes de clientes y resolución de problemas de servicio.
  • Actualización y control de SOPs relacionados con los procesos a cargo.

Requisitos

  • Carrera profesional terminada.
  • Experiencia en cuentas por cobrar, facturación y gestión de cobranzas.
  • Conocimiento SAP u otro ERP.
  • Nivel de inglés: Intermedio/Avanzado.
  • Nivel de Excel: Intermedio/Avanzado.
