Social Media Manager for content creators communications

We're looking for an Affiliate Management Specialist to help us scale affiliate, gifting, and creator seeding campaigns across TikTok Shop, Snowball Social, LTK, and other key social commerce platforms.

Compensation: $750 USD per month

This is a 100% remote work, full time Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST (Los Angeles, CA timezone)

What You'll Do:

  • Own the day-to-day management of affiliate and creator campaigns on TikTok Shop, Snowball Social, and LTK.
  • Recruit, vet, and onboard creators who actually convert, leveraging tools like TikTok One for Discover Creators.
  • Monitor creator performance and optimize partnerships, including managing relationships through platforms like Social Cat.
  • Plan and execute product gifting and seeding campaigns that generate buzz—and results.
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, and shipments across multiple platforms.
  • Track links, build dashboards, analyze performance—and optimize like a pro using reporting insights from platforms like UpTK or Cruv.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and paid teams to align messaging and boost ROI.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • A deep understanding of attribution models, link tracking, gifting ROI, and commission structures across diverse platforms (e.g., LTK, TikTok Shop).
  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as UpTK or Cruv.
  • The ability to write a killer creator brief and a killer follow-up email.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14, $15,200.00 per month
