- High school diploma or technical degree
- Exemplary customer care skills

- Follow all the security guidelines when offloading a truck with vehicles, production and non-production prototype material.
- Perform all the receiving processes accordingly to the global and site rules for the GPIRS system and Masterfile tracker.
- Perform a material write up for every box delivered ensuring the part number and PO# information in it.
- Assign the location for the material which will be stored and verify the physical location assigned matches with the virtual location assigned.
- Receives the Material withdrawals created and process it for pickers.
- Verify all the material requested in correctly delivered to the customer based on the correct prototype part number/Purchase Order#
- Process Export Logistics Management System request, verify the request contains all the necessary information to proceed with the shipment. Candidate must be able to review and approve the request based on the customer needs and communicate all the necessary information on the discussion board.
- Creates Material Transfer Note o Shipper and CFDIs for material that needs to be shipped out of the company
- Provide support for the customers requesting safety equipment.
- Train new team members in all the warehouse steps such as Receive, storage, pick, shipping
- Create and maintain Inventory control and reports
- Create cycle count to avoid discrepancies on materials picked bit by bit
- Collaborate hand to hand with logistics team for all the import and export materials.
- Able and willing to work off shifts, days off and weekends as necessary.
- Possess and promote a positive attitude, proactivity and performs other duties as assigned.
- Practice and promote safe working habits and maintain a clean working environment as 5S.
