El administrador sénior de infraestructura de TI dirige el diseño, la implementación y la gestión continua de la infraestructura de TI basada en Microsoft de la organización, incluyendo Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) y SharePoint. Esta función es responsable de garantizar operaciones seguras, escalables y fiables, impulsando iniciativas de automatización y optimización. La función implica proporcionar soporte de nivel 1 a nivel 3 y resolver problemas técnicos.

Este puesto requiere una sólida experiencia técnica, liderazgo en proyectos de infraestructura y capacidad para colaborar con otros equipos.

Requerimientos

  • Licenciatura en informática, tecnologías de la información o un campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente en años).
  • Entre 8 y 10 años de experiencia en administración de infraestructuras de TI.
  • Conocimientos expertos de Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) y SharePoint.
  • Amplia experiencia con scripts de PowerShell.
  • Se valorarán certificaciones como Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, ITIL v4 o similares.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar y mantener Microsoft Active Directory, incluyendo Group Policy, DNS, DHCP y servicios de dominio .
  • Gestionar la identidad y el acceso a través de Entra ID, incluyendo políticas de acceso condicional y control de acceso basado en roles .
  • Supervisar la gestión de dispositivos y aplicaciones utilizando Microsoft Intune.
  • Mantener y optimizar entornos SharePoint.
  • Planificar y gestionar proyectos de infraestructura de TI, asegurándose de que se cumplan los requisitos (por ejemplo, tiempo, presupuesto, puntos de control, informes del proyecto, pruebas, capacidad y eficacia de los resultados).
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos de TI internos y externos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener scripts de PowerShell para la automatización y la generación de informes.
  • Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el rendimiento y la fiabilidad del sistema.
  • Proporcionar soporte de nivel 1 a nivel 3 para cuestiones relacionadas con la infraestructura.
  • Responsable de diversas tareas de recuperación (por ejemplo, instalar y probar hardware y software de sustitución, mantener al cliente informado del estado del trabajo).
  • Colaborar con otros equipos de TI para resolver problemas e implementar soluciones.
  • Alinear la infraestructura de TI con los objetivos empresariales.
