Monks is on the lookout for a Community Manager. You'll join a special task force to help manage the successful delivery of digital advertising assets for one of the biggest brands in the world.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Moderate and drive conversations according to a predetermined plan.
  • Prepare conversation reports at a basic level.
  • Utilize a social media platform for managing the brands' social platforms.
  • Identify new opportunities or areas for improvement in responses.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop content pieces.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Community Manager, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in community management, with a track record in defining brand/product personality and tone of voice, as well as interacting with the community.
  • Strong digital knowledge
  • Experience in managing a brand's social media channels.
  • Ability to interact with the community to create a positive environment, and have the ability to detect audience's needs to interact with them in the best way possible.
  • Identify customer needs and insights to suggest new topics, or ideas to the creative team.
  • Highly creative, imaginative, and genuinely interested in clients' products or services.
  • Excellent writing skills, with grammatically correct copy.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Collaborative skills, working well in a team and with various creative individuals.
  • Strong organization and workload management abilities.
  • Understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and maintain best practices, particularly in digital and social media.
  • Ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
