Job Description

We are seeking an
Electrical Site Supervisor for the Night Shift
to monitor and manage overnight electrical activities on data center construction sites. This role ensures continuity, safety, and execution quality during off-hour operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee nighttime electrical works, ensuring installations are done correctly and safely.
  • Coordinate handover reports with day shift and log nightly progress and issues.
  • Enforce site access and safety procedures specific to night operations.
  • Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical deviations in real time.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree in
    Electrical Engineering
    or related.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or industrial project environments.
  • Experience managing crews at night, with focus on electrical installation safety.
  • Proficient in Office suite and documentation tools.
  • Fluent in
    English and Spanish
    , with strong reporting skills.
