Liderar negociaciones estratégicas con proveedores clave, especialmente tecnológicos tipo AWS, Snowflake, Google, Meta, Oracle, etc. y gestionar integralmente las categorías de Tech y Growth, garantizando eficiencia financiera, ahorros estructurales, gobernanza y alineación con las necesidades del negocio en todos los países de operación Rappi.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar procesos de compra estratégica para productos y servicios complejos, especialmente en Tecnología, Growth, Marketing, SaaS, Infraestructura Cloud y Servicios Digitales.
  • Negociar contratos con proveedores globales, asegurando condiciones óptimas en precio, SLA, soporte, cumplimiento legal, riesgo y costos de renovación.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ahorro, cost avoidance y optimización de licencias.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores estratégicos, garantizando performance, gobernanza y calidad del servicio.
  • Evaluar proveedores en términos de capacidad técnica, solvencia, cumplimiento y pricing competitiveness.
  • Identificar nuevos proveedores alineados con los estándares globales de Rappi.
  • Trabajar de la mano del equipo Legal en la construcción de contratos y adendas.
  • Gestionar procesos de RFP/RFQ, análisis económico/financiero, evaluación técnica y matrices de riesgo.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Growth, Marketing, Tech, SP&A, Legal y Finance para entender necesidades y diseñar estrategias de adquisición de servicios/productos.
  • Identificar riesgos, KPIs y oportunidades a stakeholders senior y líderes regionales.
  • Realizar estudios de mercado, benchmark y análisis de TCO como soporte para decisiones estratégicas.
  • Monitorear y reportar indicadores de savings, Cost Avoidance, performance de proveedores y cumplimiento contractual.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Finanzas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Procurement estratégico, negociación internacional y manejo de proveedores grandes (MUST: tech, cloud, marketing digital).
  • Bilingüe inglés español (indispensable para negociar con proveedores globales).
  • Dominio de Excel y experiencia en ERP (ideal SAP y Coupa).
  • Pensamiento estratégico, fuerte capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelente comunicación.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneos en entornos dinámicos y de alto crecimiento.
