ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Description

Objetivo:

Finanzas comerciales.

Soporte y seguimento al área de Planeación financiera, apoyando en la gestión de los costos fijos con los responsables de cada departamento, obtención y consolidación de información financiera comercial, asi como apoyar en el análisis de variaciones buscando riesgos y oportunidades.

Actividades principales:

Finanzas comerciales.

Visibilidad diaria del reporte de costo fijo.

Consolidacion de Reporte de ventas diarias.

Consolidacion de pronosticos con base a estimado de ventas, costos y gastos de la operación.

Seguimiento de forecast mensual.

Soporte clientes internos.

Encargado de la carga de información a las bases de datos.

Reportes personalizados basados en Tableau.

Seguimiento a la informacion de los proyectos en los sistemas de bases de datos (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL).

Apoyo en la elaboracion del presupuesto anual (AOP).

Scorecard.

Interacción con LATAM.

Habilidades (experiencias / educación formal):

3-4 años de experiencia en áreas financieras.

Conocimientos de análisis financiero.

Habilidades (conocimiento):

Excel Avanzado

Bases de datos

SAP

Inglés avanzado

Comunicación efectiva

Facilidad de relacionarse con las personas

Pensamiento lógico

Power BI / Tableu
