Arrow is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Materials Planning Associate to join our team in Guadalajara. You will be responsible for supporting new supplier lines

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and pipeline inventory for high complex customer demand—high dollar value and/or large part count.
  • Prepare both Arrow generated and customer supplied forecast uploads to and manage the exceptions generated from the Forecast processing. Resolve any upload and/or output issues from forecast.
  • Review parameters and make recommendations/changes to ensure achievement of company inventory turns goals.
  • Work with sales teams and supply chain group to suggest alternative supply chain options to enhance customer support to assure inventory management needs are met. Generate and/or contribute to out-of-box- solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel
  • Use of ERP systems
  • Ability to juggle many tasks at once
  • Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$22, $29,975.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
