, reliability is our currency. We are looking for a detail-oriented
QA Engineer
to act as the "Gatekeeper of Quality" for our mobile and web platforms.
In this role, you will balance manual validation with strategic automation to ensure our users' financial assets are secure and accessible. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to prevent bugs before they reach production, ensuring a flawless experience for our users across LatAm.
What You Will Do
- Own Quality:
Design and execute comprehensive test plans for both Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web applications. - Hybrid Testing:
Perform rigorous manual functional testing while progressively building automation for critical paths. - Automate:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like
Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
. - API Validation:
Test REST APIs thoroughly (checking status codes, payloads, headers) to ensure backend reliability. - Collaborate:
Work side-by-side with developers to identify root causes and resolve issues in a high-paced environment.
Who You Are
- Experienced:
You have
3+ years
of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA). - Versatile:
You have proven experience testing
both
Mobile and Web applications. - Tech Savvy:
You have practical experience with automation frameworks (
Playwright, Cypress, Appium
) and basic scripting/programming skills. - Detail Oriented:
You possess a high bar for quality and can spot UI/UX anomalies and functional logic errors. - API Proficient:
You are comfortable working with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and concepts.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Experience testing
Flutter
applications (specifically using integration_test). - Background in
Fintech
, Banking, or Digital Wallets. - Experience with Load & Performance testing tools (k6, JMeter).
