At this moment we are seeking:

Supplier Quality Engineer

Job description:

  1. Establish and update the quality agreement of postpartum products to ensure the suppliers reach the relevant requirements.
  2. According to the submission requirements, responsible for PPAP (production part approval procedure) approval of suppliers after mass production.
  3. Formulated incoming product inspection documents and conducted job training and assessment for inspection personnel.
  4. Responded quickly to supplier quality problems found in the purchase, site and customer, took containment measures, and followed up to solve them.
  5. Monitored the completion of post-production type test for supply.
  6. Responsible for product audit and process audit after supply consultation.
  7. Monitoring and management of key and risk suppliers by means of MQR meeting, level 1 / level 2 containment.
  8. Collected and summarized the performance of each supplier and worked with the supplier development engineer to improve the product quality and process capability of the supplier.
  9. Work ability shall meet the specific requirements of the client, such as: master five quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).

Education:

Engineering degree

Knowledge & skills:

At least 5 years SQE experience in automotive industry.

Familiar with IATF16949 requirements

Fluency in English, both verbal and written (interview will be in English)

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, excellent teamwork spirit

Five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA).
