STONEBRANCH Scheduling Analyst
Job Overview:
Ø STONEBRANCH Scheduler has overall responsibility for production batch scheduling in the Mainframe/Midrange environment and has overall responsibility for STONEBRANCH.
This includes maintaining the long term and current plans, scheduling, and project-oriented work.
The administrator responsibility includes keeping all STONEBRANCH system components running efficiently, planning, and executing system migrations and upgrades, agent installs and working with operations to ensure optimal scheduling performance.
The STONEBRANCH Administrator is responsible for Server and agent install and connectivity.
Ø Physical Requirements o Dedicated workspace in home or the ability to work in an Atos office if applicable or available.
Ø Eligibility Requirements
o 3-5 years' experience with STONEBRANCH scheduling and problem resolution.
o Minimum 3-5 years' experience in STONEBRANCH environment either scheduling or operations.
o Ability to research and problem solve complex issues relating to batch operations.
o Strong English communication skills required.

Utilizing your skill set to enhance and automate processes for optimal efficiencies within the environment.

Ø Solid knowledge of scheduling tool software.
Ø Solid knowledge of TSO, SDSF, and Mainframe / Midrange Monitoring.
Ø Basic working knowledge of ticketing tools (Service Now / Remedy)
Ø Strong problem-solving ability and skills in communicating what you see and experience
Ø Ability to work under pressure and long hours
Ø Ability to work off normal business hours
Ø Above normal ability to handle multi-tasking requirements
Ø Self-discipline and strong escalation skills
Your Expertise:
Ø Education: Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent Work Experience
Ø Years of Experience: 3 – 5 years
Ø Minimum Required Skills: Should have experience with STONEBRANCH current versions, and migration/upgrade experience.
Ø Preferred Skills: o Experience using ServiceNow
Ø Certifications: StoneBranch scheduling Certification preferred
