This is a position to become a personal assistant for our CTO (Canada) & CEO (Mexico)

Role Description

This is a part job remotely (online) for an assistant. The Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and support tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining documentation, talk to stakeholders, organize events and travel, and organizing records. Collaborating with team members, the role involves ensuring effective communication and supporting day-to-day operations to keep the personal agenda running efficiently while meeting deadlines and priorities. Experience in social media and AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Administrative and communication skills to manage correspondence and tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
  • Teamwork abilities and a proactive attitude to support various departments
  • Effective multitasking capability and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Fluency in Spanish & English
  • Prior experience in a similar roley is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Experience with AI tools to improve the role is a plus
  • Experience with social media, marketing is a plus
