Objetivo:

Asegurar una gestión operativa eficiente mediante la correcta implementación de procesos y negociaciones en sistema, así como el diseño de controles que garanticen un funcionamiento preciso, oportuno y alineado a las necesidades de las áreas clave del negocio.

Actividades:

  • Garantizar una gestión eficiente y de alto nivel en los servicios brindados a las direcciones de Logística, Ventas, D&T, Manufactura, Marketing y Finanzas, asegurando una atención oportuna y alineada a sus necesidades estratégicas.
  • Supervisar y asegurar la correcta implementación en los sistemas de todas las negociaciones realizadas por el área de Abastecimiento, manteniendo integridad, precisión y cumplimiento de lineamientos.
  • Diseñar, implementar y mejorar controles y flujos de proceso que fortalezcan la operación, optimicen tiempos y garanticen un funcionamiento confiable y sostenible.

Requisitos:

  • Carrera Profesional terminada.
  • Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio/Avanzado.
  • Nivel de Excel: Avanzado.
  • Skills: proactividad, excelente actitud de servicio enfocado a procesos y facilidad de palabra.
