We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Salesforce Team Developer at Marsh, you will involve designing the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations. You will also integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using web services and APIs, develop reusable Lightning Web Components, and provide support for Salesforce applications.
We will count on you to
:
- Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and support for Salesforce customizations and integrations leveraging Sales Cloud
- Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations.
- Perform Apex development, including interfaces, classes, controllers, and triggers while effectively managing platform governors and limits.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using web services, APIs, and AppExchange packages.
- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and HTML.
- Provide Tier 3 support for Salesforce applications and manage service tickets needing escalation to Salesforce.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, developing a deep knowledge of the MMA instance and how it supports downstream and upstream systems.
What you need to have
:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Developer Certification.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via web services and APIs.
- Experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This supports the markets in Atlanta, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia/DC, and can be based in one of these locations. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior
Lead Health & Benefits Consultant
, you will manage and advise client accounts for our large market employers 2000+ lives regarding their medical, dental, life, and disability benefit plans and programs. You will the subject matter expert to our clients and negotiate with benefits carriers and vendors to secure health and welfare plan coverage, acting as the primary consultant and relationship manager for our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Lead complex client engagements, managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placements, benchmarking, and other studies.
- Develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies, driving the creation of tools and solutions to address complex client issues.
- Determine the full scope of services provided to clients and set roles/responsibilities within the client team.
- Effectively communicate Mercer's position on the latest industry trends to clients.
- Be accountable for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects.
- Monitor project success in terms of scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
- Set strategic direction and create demand for new products/services in the marketplace.
What you need to have:
- BA/BS degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients' complex healthcare benefits challenges.
- Renowned expertise and industry reputation in the health & benefits field.
- Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
- Life & Health License
