Requisitos mínimos


Responsabilidades:

Definir, diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de TI eficientes, mantenibles y seguras que permitan a las divisiones y áreas centrales una operación optima.

Gestionar y administrar los recursos tecnológicos del grupo, para tomar decisiones responsables y objetivas que permitan eficientar la operación de los sistemas.

Cumplir con los proyectos tecnológicos, de las propuestas de solución, arquitectura y soluciones terceras.

Gestionar las expectativas estratégicas del grupo para solucionar necesidades mediante la tecnología.

Gestionar el gobierno de TI, seguridad corporativa e infraestructura que permita la operación ágil de los sistemas.

Tomar decisiones estratégicas para la evolución y transformación del negocio.

Coordinación de los equipos involucrados en el desarrollo de soluciones de TI a través de liderazgo, comunicación.

Requisitos mínimos

Hard Skills

Experiencia en el Área

Licenciatura o Ingeniería en sistemas, Ciencias Computacionales, Tecnologías de la Información o ingeniería afín. Maestri deseable

Experiencia desde 5 años en adelante como Director de IT con experiencia en Gestión de infraestructura y redes, administrar y optimizar la infraestructura de la empresa tanto a nivel de servidores, nube, desarrollo de software y arquitectura de sistemas.

Experiencia en Manejo de Microsoft office, Metodologías agiles: SCRUM, Google cloud professional, certificaciones en ciberseguridad, administración de redes, experiencia en el manejo de VPN, SQL Server,

Experiencia con Visual Studio.

Nivel de ingles: Avanzado.

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad para alinear a la organización en torno a decisiones técnicas complejas
