Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $19,161.30 MXN to $31,161.00 MXN gross per month
  • Hiring bonus of $5,000 MXN; $2,500 at 90 days and another $2,500 at 180 days

Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive revenue by prospecting new clients through high-volume outbound calling in our call center. Using proven sales scripts and consultative selling techniques, you'll qualify leads, overcome objections, and close sales on financial services products. Your success will be measured by your ability to hit sales quotas, maintain high conversion rates, and generate revenue.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct 125+ outbound sales calls daily to generate new business and hit sales targets
  • Prospect and qualify leads through strategic phone outreach, email, and SMS campaigns
  • Execute sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Handle objections and use closing techniques to convert prospects into customers
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas and KPI benchmarks
  • Negotiate terms and finalize loan agreements to complete the sales cycle
  • Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and document all activity in CRM system
  • Follow up on warm leads and work through the sales funnel to maximize conversion
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to increase deal size
  • Participate in daily sales huddles and coaching sessions
  • Accurately complete data entry and maintain customer records in compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with team members to share sales strategies and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal) - REQUIRED
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales, telemarketing, outbound calling, or call center sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Comfortable with high call volume (125+ outbound calls daily)
  • Experience with CRM software and dialer systems
  • Strong MS Office and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
  • Financial services sales or lending experience preferred
