What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the management and execution of DevOps strategies across Cloud, On-Premises, and hybrid environments, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Manage and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Design, implement, and oversee CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and network automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure services, including automation initiatives.
  • Strengthen cloud security practices, ensuring high availability, governance, and compliance across all solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, or related field, with over 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, and automation.
  • Proven expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud security best practices.
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (advanced level required), with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in agile methodologies and cloud platforms, demonstrating commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices.
