We're looking for a Creative Video Editor, someone who not only edits, but also understands storytelling, design, and the art of engagement.This person will bring creativity, rhythm, and visual intelligence to Julius video ecosystem: from long-form podcasts to short-form viral clips.We want someone who can transform raw content into high-quality, professional, and captivating videos aligned with Julius brand.
At Julius, a growth-focused marketing company, we're looking for a professional Video Editor, experienced in creating (editing) high-quality videos.
You'll join our internal marketing team, collaborating with designers, strategists, and content specialists to create high-quality visual content that represents our brand and drives engagement..
Edit long-form podcast episodes (multi-camera, clean cuts, color correction, professional transitions).Edit and produce video content for social media, digital campaigns, internal presentations, and promotional materials.Ideate and propose creative, viral editing concepts based on trends and audience behavior.Collaborate with other teams to conceptualize ideas and turn briefs into compelling visual stories.Adapt video content to multiple platforms and formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, effects, and music to enhance storytelling and viewer experience.Ensure brand consistency and visual alignment across all materials.Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to propose new ideas and improve video quality and style.Manage and organize video assets and media libraries efficiently.Experiment with IA, finding use cases that deliver 1) higher quality, 2) faster deliverables, 3) higher output, or a combination of these benefits. Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience editing for YouTube, podcasts, platform streaming or digital marketing content.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition (or equivalent tools).Relevant experience with IA tools.Basic knowledge of motion graphics and simple text or element animations.Creative mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to visual quality.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Advanced level of English, specially written.Ability to quickly learn and understand new stuff.
