Overview:
Ensure the achievement of results, through the establishment and follow-up of Health and Well-being work plans and programs that include: strategies for the promotion, prevention, education and assistance for occupational health of collaborators in the various locations of the company, with the purpose of maximizing the performance and quality of the employee's working life, based on legal medical knowledge and current ethical principles.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports medical assistance and responds to emergencies at company sites with medical services with the vendor, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
- Coordinates daily operations of the health and wellness services at assigned locations, ensuring service continuity and adherence to established procedures.
- Monitors the performance of external occupational health providers, ensuring service quality and compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Responsible for designing and ensuring the execution of initiatives to improve processes and compliance with Official Mexican Standards on occupational health.
- Maintains accurate records, statistics, and reports related to health and wellness activities to support operational decisions.
- Supports investigations related to workplace incidents and liaises with IMSS as needed.
- Care the budget designated for the department of health and wellness.
- Responsible for creating and supervising the annual wellness program for the region, operation and budget, under population outreach strategies for preventive health.
- Create and maintain reports, statistics and indicators of health and well-being for decision making and identification of needs.
- Monitor the correct performance of the procedures, in accordance with the safety and hygiene measures to protect the health of the personnel exposed by their occupation.
- Supervise food service providers in the company's workplaces, through audits focused on security issues in accordance with Mexican Standards in buildings or workplaces.
- Participate in the exchange of scientific information for product induction training for new staff.

Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of occupational medicine and nutrition.
- Knowledge in the administration of industrial canteens.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene.

Languages:
- Native in Spanish
- Advance in English (medical terminology)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a personnel supervision position.
- Labor welfare programs.
- Administration of health departments specialty.
- Design and implementation of comprehensive health plans.
- Transnational companies.
- Administration of outsourced personnel.
Education:
(Bachelor's degree, Master, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, high school.)
- Bachelor's degree as a medical doctor (with Federal license as a medical doctor) or a professional with experience in occupational health and wellness.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certification in medical emergency care (ATLS / Advanced trauma life support, ACLS / Advanced cardiovascular life support)
