We seek a
Tech Director Expert-Level
who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, technical proposals, and solution design.
  • Review, design, and validate cloud architectures (Azure), ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, identify opportunities, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the delivery of cloud-based solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Partner with business development teams to support client acquisition and growth.

What will help you succeed:

  • Proven track record in technical leadership, including building and managing engineering teams
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with previous expertise in .NET or Java.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (architecture, migration, and deployment).
  • Strong background in solution architecture and cloud strategy design.
  • Experience with highly distributed global development teams
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Experience in software development and delivery.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and artificial intelligence.
  • Familiarity with cloud and enterprise platforms.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude with a continuous learning mindset.
