DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for negotiating, cover, and book loads for every lane according to Unilink's standards and expected margins

  • Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation logistics, including trucking, shipping, and freight forwarding.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using transportation management software (TMS) and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Based salary FREE OF TAXES is: $24,300 MX

Benefits: Above the law benefits

Commission: After 3 months of employment based on reaching your monthly goals of tracking and tracing %

Monday - Friday: 6:30AM to 5:00 PM

This is an onsite position, only bilingual candidates will be considered.
