Vacante: Líder / Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI Platform)

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, apasionado/a por llevar modelos avanzados de inteligencia artificial desde la investigación hasta entornos productivos a gran escala.

Esta posición es clave para el diseño, arquitectura e implementación de soluciones de IA robustas, escalables y alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de machine learning y deep learning listas para producción.
  • Liderar iniciativas técnicas y apoyar al equipo en la toma de decisiones de arquitectura y mejores prácticas.
  • Participar activamente en todo el ciclo de vida del machine learning, desde la ingesta de datos hasta el despliegue en producción.
  • Construir y evolucionar plataformas de IA que soporten la operacionalización de modelos de ML.
  • Colaborar de manera transversal con equipos de producto, ingeniería y otras áreas clave.
  • Garantizar la escalabilidad, rendimiento y confiabilidad de sistemas de ML en entornos de gran escala.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia nivel avanzado (comprobable) en Machine Learning y en Deep Learning.
  • Muy deseable experiencia en roles de liderazgo técnico.
  • Sólida comprensión del pipeline completo de machine learning, desde datos hasta producción.
  • Experiencia en MLOps, ingeniería de software y diseño de arquitectura.
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas a gran escala y computación paralela.
  • Experiencia en el diseño y construcción de plataformas de IA para la puesta en producción de modelos.
  • Dominio de Python u otro lenguaje de computación científica.
  • Experiencia con frameworks de ML y ciencia de datos como scikit-learn, pandas y NumPy.
  • Experiencia práctica con herramientas de ML como TensorFlow, XGBoost, WaveNet, Keras, NumPy y PyTorch.
  • Amplia experiencia en frameworks y librerías de ML, estructuras y modelado de datos, y arquitectura de software en ANN, CNN, RNN con LSTM, así como LLMs (por ejemplo, Gemini, Perplexity) y bases de datos vectoriales.
  • Capacidad demostrada para llevar ideas complejas de investigación desde la experimentación hasta la producción.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral, con capacidad para impulsar requerimientos multifuncionales junto a equipos de producto e ingeniería.
