As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. You'll manage complex, senior, and cross-regional recruitment projects, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate journey from first contact to offer.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and strategic roles across countries.(Canada, US, Mexico, Panama, Argentina & Chile)
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define needs and advise on best hiring practices.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and sourcing teams to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Promote AXA Partners' employer brand and inclusive hiring approach through every interaction.
- Leverage data and insights to refine processes and deliver measurable impact on hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies or business areas.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex recruitment assignments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using ATS and HR tools (ICIMS advantageous).
- Committed to inclusive, transparent, and engaging candidate experiences.
