As a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant at Strada US, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM Payroll solutions for US-based clients. Your knowledge and experience will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their HR and payroll objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and managing SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects.
• Provide advice on best practices and industry standards.
• Customize and configure SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Payroll applications.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM Payroll updates and trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, specifically with US payroll.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll modules and functionalities.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in SAP HCM Payroll are a plus.
