Serves as primary liaison between sales personnel, brokers, distributors, customers and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions. Ensures customer orders are processed, shipped and invoiced. Administers and processes a multitude of distributor, operator, and national account contracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments, appropriate accrual levels and gross margin integrity.  4 years related experience.
