Role Summary

We are hiring an
Ops & Growth Intern
to work directly under the CEO as a right-hand operator. You will coordinate execution across
developers and the sales team
, keep projects moving, and support high-priority needs from the CEO. You will also be the
first point of contact
for the team, answering questions and removing blockers so work stays on track.

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly priorities for developers and sellers (tasks, owners, deadlines).
  • Follow up daily to ensure deliverables move forward and issues are solved fast.
  • Answer questions from sellers and developers about process, priorities, and next steps.
  • Escalate only high-impact decisions or unclear situations to the CEO.
  • Track project status, scope, quality, and timelines across client work.
  • Maintain clean sales execution (pipeline organization, follow-ups, handoffs).
  • Build and improve internal systems: SOPs, checklists, dashboards, and workflows.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong organization and consistent follow-through.
  • Clear communicator who can lead coordination across teams.
  • Comfortable holding others accountable in a respectful way.
  • Understands basic sales + delivery workflows (coding not required).
  • Familiar with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Trello/Asana.

Compensation Note

This internship is unpaid at the start. Payment and/or commission may be offered before the 3-month term ends based on measurable performance and business needs. Top performers may be considered for a paid extension or longer-term role.
