Job Description
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational KPIs, maintaining process continuity and driving continuous improvement, while optimizing human, material, and financial resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in production leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, quality structures, and supply chain processes.
- Proven expertise in GMP and Lean Manufacturing.
- Advanced knowledge of production documentation (batch records, CAPAs, logs).
- Previous experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP (desirable).
- Advanced English level
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills..
