Position: Territory Operations Coordinator
Location: Punto Sur, Guadalajara, Mexico
Reports to: CEO
Supports: Territory Builders
Role Summary
The Territory Operations Coordinator is a high-output operational role responsible for lead generation, outbound communication, CRM accuracy, weekly lead preparation, and daily route creation for U.S.-based Territory Builders.
This role requires advanced English proficiency, as all outbound calls, written communication, and daily coordination are conducted with English-speaking salons and English-speaking field teams.
This is not a management position. It is an execution role with strict daily and weekly output targets.
Core Responsibilities1. Daily Lead Generation (Cold Outreach – English)
- Perform 100 outbound cold calls per day to English-speaking beauty salons in the U.S.
- Identify, qualify, and document leads using:
- Google Maps
- Online business directories
- Instagram and salon websites
- Web scraping tools
- Gather and verify:
- Salon name
- Address
- Phone number
- Owner / manager contact (when available)
All calls are conducted entirely in English.
2. Lead Communication & Follow-Ups (English)
- Send and manage outbound communication via:
- SMS
- Use company-approved English scripts and sequences
- Respond to inbound messages in English
- Warm leads prior to Territory Builder visits
3. CRM & Lead Status Management
- Update lead status based on:
- Call outcomes
- Message engagement
- Territory Builder visit feedback
- Maintain:
- Accurate visit history
- Correct prioritization
- Zero duplicate records
CRM accuracy is a core performance metric.
4. Weekly Lead Packages
- Prepare 150 verified leads per Territory Builder per week
- Ensure leads:
- Are geographically concentrated
- Have not been visited during the same week
- Are correctly prioritized for routing
- Maintain capacity for up to 40 visits per day
5. Daily Route Creation
- Build optimized daily routes for Territory Builders
- Routes must be ready before the builder starts the day
- Optimize travel time and visit sequencing using routing software
6. Territory Builder Growth Support
- Support onboarding as 1 new Territory Builder is added per month
- Prepare:
- Initial lead pools
- Territory structures
- Route templates
Language Requirement (Critical)
- English: Advanced / Fluent (spoken and written) — REQUIRED
- Must be comfortable:
- Cold calling U.S. salons
- Writing professional emails and messages
- Coordinating daily with U.S.-based team members
- Spanish: Native or fluent

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Aligned with U.S. Central Time mornings
- Route delivery deadlines are strict
Compensation (Mexico)
- Base salary: To be determined
- Performance bonus: Based on:
- New Salon Kits Sold
- Paid monthly

This role feeds the entire U.S. field sales operation. Strong English and strong execution enable scale. Poor execution directly impacts sales productivity.
