Data integration using SQL
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes (FP&A)
Pharma finance knowledge R&D cost allocation, brand P&L, demand/supply planning
Experience with SAP/Oracle integration and data governance - nice to have
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize TM1 cubes, rules, and data models
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to gather and translate business requirements
Support upgrades, performance tuning, and user enablement for Planning Analytics
Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, and pharma IT validation standards
Provide documentation, UAT, and training for end users
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience:
10+ years overall in IBM Planning Analytics for Pharma or Life Sciences customers.
