Regulatory Officer
to join their team.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the
Netherlands

About The Role
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of regulatory affairs, including product registration, dossier submission, and coordination of field and lab trials for a wide portfolio of products such as pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, biopesticides, plant nutrients, and veterinary products.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead all activities related to product registration and regulatory compliance across multiple regions (particularly Latin America, Africa, India, and China).
- Oversee field trial operations and coordinate toxicological and ecotoxicological research across international laboratories.
- Prepare, edit, and submit registration dossiers to agricultural and health authorities.
- Represent the company in regulatory committees, as well as in discussions with suppliers and customers.
- Support patent submissions and the company's regulatory strategy.
- Ensure progress and compliance of all registration projects in alignment with local legislation.
*Your Profile*
- Master's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in regulatory affairs for pesticides, particularly in Latin America and Africa.
- At least 3 years' experience working with GLP and non-GLP laboratories
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical, accurate working style.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish, Indian or Chinese is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office tools.
