How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and inspire a team of Accounts Payable professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and finance teams to optimize workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive AP experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
