Propósito De La Posición
Garantizar la optimización, estandarización y mejora continua de los procesos de manufactura en las líneas de Knorr (Cubos), asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad, eficiencia y sostenibilidad, alineados con el Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS).

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Optimización de procesos: Analizar y mejorar parámetros de producción para maximizar eficiencia, reducir desperdicios y costos con Centerline y LILA.
  • Implementación de UMS: Liderar iniciativas en metodologías en la planta.
  • Control de calidad y seguridad: Asegurar que los procesos cumplan con normativas internas y externas (ISO, HACCP, GMP & Framework standard).
  • Gestión de proyectos: Coordinar proyectos de mejora, automatización y escalamiento de procesos (Kaizen)
  • Soporte técnico: Brindar soporte a producción en resolución de problemas técnicos y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Sostenibilidad: Implementar prácticas que reduzcan consumo de energía, agua y emisiones.
  • Capacitación: Entrenar al personal operativo en estándares y mejores prácticas de proceso.

Requisitos Principales

  • Excel: nivel intermedio-avanzado
  • Control estadístico de procesos (SPC).
  • Metodologias de manufactura WCM (preferente), TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
  • Sistemas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Inglés: nivel intermedio-avanzado

Requisitos Deseables

  • 2 años de experiencia en la industria de alimentos o fabricación de productos en común; preferentemente en área de mejora continua y
  • Conocimiento de operaciones de manufactura con foco en consumo masivo, participación en el desarrollo de proyectos apalancado en herramientas estadísticas de proceso y conocimiento en metodologías de transformación.
