CRESCERE HR is leading an exclusive search for a
Senior/Staff Mobile Engineer
with deep, hands-on experience in
React Native
. We are a Latin-American HR & Talent consultancy specializing in high-impact technical searches, and we are looking for a top-tier mobile expert to join an international engineering team.

If you have
4+ years fully dedicated to Mobile Development in React Native
(non-negotiable) and strong experience with TypeScript—and you enjoy designing scalable architectures, leading technical decisions, and mentoring others—this role is for you.

Role: Staff Mobile Engineer (React Native)

What You'll Do

  • Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using
    React Native
    and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Translate functional and UX requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
  • Implement robust mobile engineering patterns ensuring modularity, maintainability, and code reusability.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to performance, compatibility, and cross-platform behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver integrated mobile experiences.
  • Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and guide engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Go the extra mile when needed to meet critical milestones.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Advanced English
    (spoken and written).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native + TypeScript (mandatory).
  • Experience with native iOS or Android development (a strong plus).

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns.
  • Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
  • Ability to design scalable, high-availability mobile applications.
  • Skilled in debugging, performance optimization, and cross-platform tuning.
  • Proficient with Git and modern collaboration tools.
  • Basic backend knowledge is a plus.
  • Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or multi-client environments is ideal.
