Chemical Engineer (PU System, Polyurethane, Polyols)
for our engineering division for our office in
Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua
Diseñar, desarrollar, optimizar y supervisar procesos industriales en los que se alteren materiales para crear productos químicos. Analizar y resuelver problemas en procesos existentes y desarrollar soluciones para mejorar la productividad y eficiencia. También crean modelos y simulaciones para probar el rendimiento de nuevos procesos, productos y equipos. Los ingenieros químicos trabajan en garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de control de calidad y seguridad.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
· Es responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar nuevos y mejores elementos y formulaciones con Polioles, PU System y poliuretanos.
· Es responsable de realizar pruebas para evaluar la eficiencia de los procesos y formulaciones.
· Diseña e implementa protocolos de seguridad para la producción química (PU systems, Poliuretano y Polioles.
· Participa en investigación de las propiedades de las sustancias y cómo interactúan entre si además de su reactividad
· Habilidades Técnicas: Sólidos conocimientos de química, física y matemáticas, y capacidad para utilizar software de ingeniería y herramientas de modelado.
· Creacion desde 0 de recetas para adhesivos, termofusiones, poliuretanos y polioles
· Diseña e implementa protocolos de seguridad para la producción quimica.
· Previsión de reacciones químicas y manejo de las mismas para el control de los elementos formados.
· Participa en investigación de las propiedades de las sustancias y cómo interactúan entre si.
· Generación de recetas para elementos en polioles.
· Formulación para poliuretanos, adhesivos, termofusibles asi como contemplación y previsión de la reactividad del elemento.

REQUISITOS
EDUCACION:
Carrera de Ingeniería Quimica terminada (deseable o campo relacionado)
IDIOMA:
Ingles Intermedio; capaz de comprender textos simples

· 5 años de experiencia en posición similar.
