We are looking for talent to join us as:
Digitalization and Data Analysis Engineer
Location: Apodaca, N.L.

Job Summary

  • Works with internal and external clients to understand the Quality Assurance business requirements that support identified improvements.
  • Organizes and participates in requirements gathering sessions with requesters.
  • Acts as a communication bridge with the IT group assigned to the Salesforce, Oracle, ETQ Reliance, and Power BI web platforms.
  • Participates in all phases of system implementation, both pre- and post-implementation.
  • Works with business analysts and process owners to design, develop, document, test, and implement comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintains a record of all initiated projects to support all initiatives and implement appropriate management tools in relation to Quality Assurance objectives and needs.
  • Performs test data analysis before sharing it with the client.

Technical Knowledge:
Plataforma Salesforce, ETQ, Power BI, ORACLE, Quality Systems, TL 9000, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Customer Satisfaction

Fluent oral and written communication in English at B2 level, Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, Experience in systems and application development, Basic knowledge of Salesforce, ORACLE, ETQ, Power BI applications, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Strong customer service orientation, Ability to investigate systems problems and resolve them, Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to communicate across global business divisions, Ability to think logically with great attention to detail, Strong self-organization skills, Ability to simultaneously prioritize multiple projects and user support requests.

Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of experience in Quality Management and application development.

Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
