Funciones

Desde el equipo de Logística, Compras & Supply Chain de LHH Madrid, buscamos un Responsable de Almacén para un importante grupo farmacéutico ubicado en la zona del Corredor del Henares para la gestión integral de la logística interna.
Funciones principales:
- Liderar, entrenar y supervisar al equipo del almacén para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Gestionar niveles de inventario y control de stock con precisión y eficiencia.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y regulaciones legales aplicables.
- Supervisar la recepción, almacenamiento y despacho de mercancías coordinando con otros departamentos clave como logística, compras y atención al cliente.
- Mantener registros y documentación actualizados y rigurosos.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras continuas en procesos y en la organización del almacén para optimizar recursos y tiempos.

Requisitos
  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, ADE, Logística, o similar.
  • Valorable formación de postgrado en Supply Chain Management o Project Management.
  • Formación complementaria en herramientas SGA/WMS, SAP, Lean Logistics, automatización o digitalización de procesos.
  • Experiencia mínima: 10 años en áreas logísticas, almacenaje o distribución, con al menos 5 años liderando equipos y proyectos de transformación o mejora.
  • Experiencia demostrable como Manager/Responsable/Director/a de almacén, gestión de equipos numerosos y entornos automatizados y digitalizados.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas, de liderazgo y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficaz.
