Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. You will utilize innovative sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:
    Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates by crafting personalized outreach messages and fostering long-term connections.
  • Pipeline Development:
    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on IT and Healthcare roles.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and talent availability in the US and Mexico markets to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Data Management:
    Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion rates) using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools.
  • Employer Branding:
    Promote the company's employer brand by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Diversity & Inclusion:
    Ensure a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline by implementing strategies to attract candidates from underrepresented groups.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field, with a focus on IT and Healthcare clients.
  • Regional Expertise:
    Proven experience working with US and Mexico-based clients and an understanding of the talent landscapes in these regions.
  • Sourcing Expertise:
    Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS).
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong ability to analyze data, track metrics, and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing software.
  • Networking Skills:
    Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
