About the Role: Product Enablement – First Mile (Mexico)
As part of the First Mile Product team in Mexico, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth across strategic verticals. Product Enablement is responsible for equipping internal teams—sales, marketing, and customer support—with the knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively understand, promote, and support our First Mile product.
You will empower teams to deliver customer value, achieve sales targets, and drive product adoption through:
- Training and education
- Sales and marketing enablement
- Customer support enablement
- Continuous updates and communications
In This Role, You Will:
- Partner with commercial teams to structure and execute growth plans for First Mile.
- Set priorities using both customer-centric and data-driven approaches.
- Meet with current and potential customers across Mexico, both in-person and virtually.
- Communicate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Enable cross-functional growth conversations within the organization.
- Develop and implement training programs and enablement materials.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, influencing tactical decisions and enhancing project management capabilities.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in product enablement or a closely related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to influence across teams.
- Multidisciplinary mindset: customer-centric, market-aware, data-savvy, communicative, and collaborative.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to capture the big picture, prioritize effectively, and drive action.
- Comfortable navigating complex situations independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Ability to lead and be accountable for team performance, including mentoring less experienced colleagues.
