Description

Generar los reportes del ramo de Automóviles para la Dirección General (local y regional), del desarrollo actual del negocio y el pronóstico de comportamiento futuro mediante el análisis de información de Primas y Siniestros de los diferentes canales de venta de la Compañía. 

  1. Analizar la información de Primas y Siniestros, mediante el análisis mensual y trimestral de siniestralidad para realizar planes de acción de acuerdo con el pronóstico de comportamiento futuro y presentar resultados y/o propuestas a Dirección General (regional y local).
  2. Realizar el cierre mensual de Primas y Siniestros, a través del análisis de información obtenida de las herramientas de Databricks y SQL, para asegurar que la información que alimenta todos los procesos y análisis del área sea correcta.
  3. Analizar e innovar en procesos y reportes conforme el área interna lo requiera, para mantener una constante actualización y eficientar los tiempos de respuesta que le permita a la Compañía una rápida toma de decisiones.
  4. Realizar y coordinar el análisis del Plan de Siniestralidad Anual en conjunto con las áreas de Autos y Siniestros, mediante la revisión de números reales que permita entender el comportamiento del negocio y compartir la información a Dirección General (regional y local) para la toma de decisiones de la Compañía.

     
Qualifications
  • Licenciatura en Actuaría. *
  • Microsoft Office Avanzado. *
  • Conocimiento en programación en Databricks, SQL y Visual Basic.
  • Conocimiento y buen manejo de las paqueterías de Python o R.

Experiencia de al menos 1 año en áreas de reservas/pricing.
