This is a full-time role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Workforce Specialist will be responsible for capacity planning, managing workforce analytics, overseeing workforce management programs, and developing workforce planning strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring employee performance, optimizing workforce schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Skills in Capacity Planning and Workforce Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Workforce Management
- Program Management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience with massive workforces and multi-shift operations
- Experience in contact centers is a plus
- English proficiency
Main activities:
- Forecasting – Predict future workload and staffing needs based on historical data and trends.
- Scheduling – Create and manage staff schedules to meet service level goals efficiently.
- Real-Time Monitoring – Track live operations to ensure schedule adherence and respond to sudden changes.
- Capacity Planning – Plan long-term staffing based on business growth, attrition, and productivity targets.
- Reporting & Analysis – Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
- WFM System Management – Use and maintain workforce management tools like NICE, Verint, or Kronos.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with operations, HR, and other departments to align on workforce strategies.
- Time-Off and Leave Management – Manage requests and ensure optimal staffing coverage.
