Job Summary

Performing administrative tasks and supporting daily activities for the HRBP of Operations Mexico.
Position In Site, Manufacturing Plant in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico State.
Must be able to commute daily.

Responsibilities:

Assist in updating employee records and internal databases.

Help create requestions and following up with vendors by keeping record of purchase orders, invoices and payments.

Assist in preparing HR-related reports.

Helping the HR team create and implement company and HR policies and procedures and employee handbooks.

Supporting employees by providing answers to their questions and addressing their issues.

Conduct exit interviews with employees to discover more about their reasons for leaving the organization and how the HR department can optimize retention.

Participate in organizing company events.

Skills:

Basic understanding of labor laws.

Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills, able to use HRIS systems like Workday and Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Power BI a plus.

Education:

Currently studying a degree in administrative engineering, human resources or business.

Additional Job Description:

Financial Aid of $8,000 Mxn gross monthly.

Cafeteria service included.

Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 3:30pm
